- Adult learner-based protocols employ role-playing exercises, peer tutoring, on-the-job-training and other successful techniques to reinforce classroom curricula as well as provide an opportunity to practice job-related skills
- Product and service training with skill specific modules such as: consultative sales training, gatekeeper techniques, customer service etiquette, vocal control and voice quality, effective listening skills, handling a difficult customer situation, rapport building, and more.
- Once training is complete, each of our representatives must pass a final skills certification exercise, assuring our customers that their team is comprised of professional, knowledgeable and highly qualified personnel. And it doesn’t end there. Re-certification is required whenever training modules are changed or updated.
