President/Chief Executive Officer
A former practicing attorney and successful entrepreneur, Andy became affiliated with Influent through a business venture that required the need to procure telemarketing services. His company outsourced their telemarketing needs to Influent and he was so impressed with their quality and work ethic, he invested in Influent and later became its CEO. Andy’s business management experience combined with his background in law has enabled him to grow the business and position Influent as an outspoken leader before Congress in defending the many contributions of the telemarketing industry. Andy graduated from Johns Hopkins University and the University of Michigan Law School.
Roger
E. Jacobs
Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Roger is responsible for the development and management of Influent’s business infrastructure and facility growth. He has over 20 years of management experience in large technology-based companies and came to Influent from AMP, Inc. where he developed its Commercial Antenna Business and spearheaded ISO 9000 certification. Roger holds a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the High Technology Program at Northeastern University.
Jeffery V. Kent
Chief Information Officer
Jeff is responsible for the Information Technology group which encompasses all aspects of application development, voice and data networks and information security. He has 26 years experience working in Information Technology, most recently as Vice President of Solutions Delivery at Wendy’s International. While at Wendy’s, Jeff directed major initiatives in the areas of data warehousing and web development. Previously, he was Vice President, Distributed Computing & Communications at Huntington Bank and Manager, Multimedia Systems at Texas Instruments. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
John
W. Gaines
Senior Vice President, Insurance Services
With more than 20 years of experience in teleservices operations and administration and ten years with Influent, John is uniquely qualified to manage all client insurance programs and client services support across the business. He holds a Fellow designation from the Society of Insurance Licensing Administrators and brings extensive regulatory compliance and process quality experience to Influent. He has designed and executed major telemarketing campaigns for over 25 insurance companies across many product lines including credit insurance, mortgage life, AD&D, disability, annuities, auto and homeowners and others. Previously, he held management positions with both Citibank Insurance and APAC Customer Services. John earned a Bachelor of
Arts Degree in Political Science from the University
of Maryland.
Jason
Lancaster
Vice President, North American Operations
Jason has been with Influent for three years and is responsible for
the day to day operations of Influent’s network of eight North
American Contact Centers. He brings a uniquely qualified background
in both account and center management to lead Influent’s continual
drive for operational excellence. Jason was previously Director of
Client Services at Influent in which he successfully managed and
expanded the Client Services department. Prior to joining Influent,
Jason was the VP of Commercial Operations at CAI Teleservices, a
Results network company, where he helped lead the company to a
9-fold increase in operational footprint and revenues. Jason
attended Utah State University where he majored in Philosophy with a
minor in Political Science.
Chris
Hundertmark
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
The newest member of the team, Chris has responsibility for sales
and marketing at Influent. He brings over 18 years of sales and
sales management experience in the Information Technology & Business
Process Outsourcing space to Influent. His background in
successfully constructing mutually beneficial outsourcing
arrangements is perfectly suited to Influent’s drive to meet its
clients’ ever increasing demands for expanded, value-oriented
services. Prior to Influent, Chris was the sales team lead for one
of the fastest growing segments at Cognizant Technology Solutions
providing onsite/offshore outsourcing services. He has also held
various sales and sales leadership roles at Perot Systems, Verisign
and Verizon. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in English at the
University of Maryland.
Cheryl
Southworth
Vice President of Client Services
Cheryl has been with Influent for 2 years and is responsible for the
management and oversight of the Client Services department. In her
previous role at Influent as the Director of Campaign Support,
Cheryl accomplished significant improvements in the areas of
scripting, backend processing, client reporting and lead loading.
This successful experience coupled with her wealth of project
management and technology acumen enables Cheryl to manage and guide
Client Services to drive optimized, client-oriented results. Prior
to Influent, Cheryl was Director of Operations Administration at
Wendy’s International where she was responsible for the development
and implementation of strategic programs. Cheryl attended the Ohio
State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts.
April Rogers
General Manager, Influent Panama
April has been with Influent for three years and serves as General Manager of our 70,000 square foot customer contact center located in Colón, Panama.. She brings to this position a wealth of experience in the call center industry, both on the supplier side and the client side, with a background in managing inbound customer service and outbound and sales programs. She has a proven record of success with Influent having previously served as Director of Client Services. April attended The University of Oklahoma where she majored in Business Administration.
Steven J. Taylor
General Manager, Influent Philippines
Steve has over 17 years of call center management experience, the last eight years in progressive levels of operational authority with Influent. Steve has responsibility for both of Influent's offshore call centers in the Philippines. He is a well-rounded leader with experience in inbound, outbound and blended agent environments. He began working his way through college as a telephone agent 25 years ago. He formerly owned a successful marketing company, worked as a site Director for West Corporation and was a Consultant to two major fundraising and collections organizations. Steve attended the University of Maryland and proudly served in the United States Army for over seven years where he was a distinguished and decorated military leader.
Ted
G. Bernard
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Government Affairs
Ted brings significant consulting, planning, and communications experience to direct Influent's efforts in corporate development and government affairs. For almost 20 years, he has designed and executed marketing programs for several leading Fortune 500 companies, including American Express and GE Capital. His experience spans from direct marketing and customer loyalty programs to guiding business process improvements. In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor of business and has been a featured speaker on developing business strategies, analyzing competitive environments, and ensuring quality processes. Ted earned a BA in Economics at Washington University and an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
